Lounge & Bar Hire

With a capacity of 100 guests, the Regency Lounge & Bar can be hired for private parties and functions. A refundable deposit of £50 is also required and will be refunded according to our hire conditions.

Hire of the hall for a non member is £154, this hires the hall and also makes you a member for the year, as membership is required to hire the hall.

Conditions of Hire:

  1. The hiring of the Regency Lounge does not entitle you to its sole use. Other Club members will also have access to this facility - but not to any refreshments laid on personally by the Hirer.

  2. The Hirer must be present at the function.

  3. The function will be restricted to one hundred (100) guests, maximum. A complete guest list is to be provided one week in advance of the function to the Club Secretary.

  4. The Hirer is responsible not only for maintaining the general behaviour of their guests and children, but also for ensuring that tidiness within the Regency Lounge area of the Club is kept to its usual high standard.

  5. Children are permitted in the Club, but must be kept under control at all times. Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted any access to the George Wiggins Bar area.

  6. The Hirer must ensure that no drink is brought in from outside.
